Troubleshooting Tips
If you experience connectivity issues, try restarting the router by unplugging it for 10 seconds and then plugging it back in. If problems persist, please contact us for assistance.
The router is located in the built-in cabinets to the left of the upstairs Living Room TV.

Quiet Times
We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such, we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 7 AM noise should be kept to a minimum.
Smoking policy
This is a smoke-free home, including the outside area surrounding the property. No smoking of any substance, including vaping. A $500 fee will apply for violations.
Guest rental agreement
This special home requires completion of a Guest Rental Agreement to receive Arrival Instructions. Please ensure this is completed prior to your stay.
DAMAGES
We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should you break anything, please let us know immediately, if it's minor we usually won't charge. If it's a larger issue we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you!
Pets
Pets are only allowed on Wapato Point if registered to an owner. Unfortunately, we cannot accept guest pets. For allergy-sensitive guests, the owners do bring their dog occasionally so please keep that in mind when choosing to book.
Parking
Parking is available for 3 cars in the driveway; additional cars must use the overflow lot. Instructions will be provided prior to arrival.
