Yes. Swimming is at your own risk—there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised at all times. No diving and no glass near the water.

Cancellations follow the policy set at the time of booking. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

Yes—outdoor-only cameras are located at the driveway, front door and backyard for safety. There are no indoor cameras.

It is prohibited to tamper with these cameras.

Yes, all guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement before receiving arrival instructions.
